All our installations are provided with Operational manual, System manual, Basic FMEA (Failure mode effects analysis)
Our essential support services include
- On-site support: Complete support services for vision system, control, mechanical and electrical issues
- On-line support: Real-time support on shop floor vision systems via internet. Changes, update inspection routines and troubleshoot vision systems remotely
- Phone and Skype support. Talk to our engineers face to face to discuss applications, queries and support requests
All our systems are of one year warranty and can be extended for more with our Annual Maintenance Contract

All service calls shall be attended within 24 hours, informed within 12:00 pm and 48 hours after 12:00 pm
Online support shall be done within 2 hours between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday
